Service Description

Take a bus from JR Itsukaichi Line Musashi-Itsukaichi Station and get off at the Hossawa-no-taki-iriguchi bus stop. Continue along the road for about 10 minutes and turn right past the Senzoku bus stop. After a while on the paved road, you will enter a forest road, and after 300m on the forest road, you will finally enter the mountain path. As soon as you enter the mountain path, the trail splits into two. The trail on the right crosses the stream and zigzags up through the artificial forest to Tengu-no-taki waterfall. The trail on the left walks along the stream to Tengu-no-taki. From Tengu-no-taki, you will join the trail you just split off from and climb up to Aya-taki. From Aya-taki, you will reach a steep ridge. After working up a sweat, you will reach the Mazukari ridge with Tsuzura-iwa rock towering over it. Turn left and head to Fujimidai along the rocky ridge with little view. Fujimidai is a bright plateau with a great view, from which you can see Odakesan and Mitakesan. It's also a great place to rest, with a rest house and information boards. From here, follow the ridge path through the bamboo forest to the fork in the road that leads down to Otaki waterfall. Turn right and continue descending. The course along Odakezawa is a beautiful path with fresh greenery and autumn leaves. Once you reach Otaki waterfall with its abundant water, you will soon reach the forest road that leads to Yozawa. Otake Cave, located along the forest road, is a natural monument designated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Follow the forest road down alongside the stream to reach Kamiyozawa.
