For courses with a minimum number of participants, if the number of applicants is not met two weeks before the start date, the tour will be canceled.
We will inform you of this.
Even if there is no minimum number of participants for a tour, the tour may be cancelled if there are no applications two weeks prior to the tour.
If the tour cannot be conducted due to weather conditions, we will make a final decision and contact you by 1:00 p.m. the day before the tour start date.
In the event of a tour cancellation by our company, the full travel cost will be refunded.
